Delivery to UK only.
Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 working days.
Items ordered after 2pm on weekdays or on a weekend and bank holiday will be processed next working day.
We will use Royal Mail to deliver your items to you.
There are several price brackets due to size, weight & value of your parcel.
Single items will display the postage & packaging price when added to your basket.
If buying multiple items we will combine the postage, which will be automatically calculated when items are placed into your basket.
Postage & packaging prices will reflect the value of items contained & will be insured up to the total value of your parcel.
Any purchases over £150 will be posted free of charge.
All deliveries are subject to our stock availability.
If a stock error occurs and we are unable to source items immediately we will email you with an estimated delivery date.
Please note standard delivery is not guaranteed - be aware that delivery times may vary from the estimates given and could be longer than expected, due to royal mail handling times.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing an order.
Stage Door are not held responsible for parcels lost or delayed.
*Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order for goods you have purchased from Stage Door. Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, and doesn’t end until 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods. You have the right to notify Stage Door of cancellation for any reason and must return anything within a further 14 day period whereby you will be entitled to a refund of price plus standard delivery charges only.
We have taken reasonable steps to display as accurately as possible the colours and other detailing of our products in the images that appear on our site, however, as the actual colours and detailing you see onscreen will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour or other detailing will exactly reflect the colour or detailing of the product upon delivery.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by e-mailing us on email@example.com or using our Contact Us Form.
You have the right to return only unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn, with the tags attached, in the original packaging) for exchange or refund within 28 days. We recommend you return items recorded delivery to ensure safe return. We advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have proof of a posting certificate. Please enclose your name, address and order reference with the returned goods.
In the interest of hygiene:
Tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty.
Cosmetics and pierced items of jewellery are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned goods in their original condition. Notification will be sent once your refund has been processed.
An exchange is available for the same item in a different size at no extra carriage charge. However if a different item is required it will be treated as a new order and postage will be charged.
*Sale items will only be refunded or exchanged for the sale purchased price.
